RUO policy

"Research Use Only" (RUO) Policy

This version applies to contracts concluded in English. The Polish version is the original; all language versions have the same content.

1. Intended purpose

All products offered by Armin Wincek, trading as Taurus Peptides ("we"), on taurus-peptides.com are research chemicals and laboratory accessories. They are intended exclusively for in-vitro research, analytical testing and comparable laboratory purposes.

The products are not marketed as medicinal products, food, food supplements, animal feed, cosmetic products or medical devices. They are not intended for use on or in the human or animal body in any form (in particular not for injection, ingestion, inhalation or topical application).

2. What we do not do

We do not provide information on effects, use in humans or animals, dosages or health benefits, and we do not answer such enquiries. Information on our pages (e.g. sequence, purity, certificates of analysis) serves solely to identify the products and document their quality for research purposes. It is not a statement on safety, efficacy or suitability for use in humans or animals.

3. Requirements for purchase

You may only buy if you are at least 18 years old and purchase the products exclusively for research and laboratory purposes. You confirm this when entering the shop and again with every order. We store every confirmation as evidence; the confirmation given at checkout is linked to the order (details in the Privacy Policy).

4. Your obligations as a buyer

1. You use the products exclusively for research and laboratory purposes and do not use them in humans or animals.
2. You ensure that handling, storage and disposal are carried out by competent persons in a suitable environment and in accordance with applicable law.
3. You observe the information on the label, in the product data sheet and, where available, in the safety data sheet.
4. You pass products on only to persons who meet the requirements of this policy and bind them accordingly.
5. Before ordering, you check whether purchasing, importing and possessing the products is permitted in your country, and you comply with the rules applicable there. Our own statutory obligations as the seller remain unaffected.

5. Refusal and cancellation of orders

If there are concrete indications that products are to be used contrary to this policy (for example questions about dosage or use in humans, indications that the buyer is a minor or that products will be passed on to third parties for such purposes), we may ask for additional information on the research purpose before shipping and withdraw from the contract until the goods are handed over to the carrier (contractual right of withdrawal). In the case of a serious breach we may also block the customer account. We refund all amounts already paid in full without undue delay and in any event within 14 days; you incur no further costs.

6. Consequences of a breach

Using or passing on products contrary to this policy is prohibited. Statutory liability rules remain unaffected. In particular, claims based on product defects, product liability and other mandatory statutory claims are not restricted by this policy.
