How long does shipping take?

We ship from Poland to every EU country. Delivery time depends on the destination and is shown at checkout. Every parcel is tracked.

Which payment methods are available?

Bank transfer (EUR or PLN) or cryptocurrency. All prices include VAT.

How are products packaged?

In neutral, insulated packaging with no indication of the contents.

Can I return an order?

Unopened, sealed vials can be returned within the withdrawal period. See the withdrawal policy for details.
